Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at American Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
