Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
Provide guidance and solutions to customer concerns while ensuring their satisfaction.
Collaborate with various departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
