Our Quality Assurance Virtual Testing team plays a critical role in achieving this goal by ensuring the flawless functionality of our virtual testing platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Virtual Testing Oversight: Monitor and manage virtual testing processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Quality Assurance: Implement and execute quality assurance procedures for virtual testing, including identifying defects, reporting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for resolutions.
Test Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans for virtual testing environments.
Data Analysis: Analyze test data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to enhance virtual testing efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of virtual testing activities, test cases, and results.
Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues related to virtual testing platforms and work towards swift resolutions.
Required Skills:
Quality Assurance Expertise: Proven experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with virtual testing tools and platforms. Experience with virtualization technologies is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve testing issues.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and document test procedures.
