Talent Acquisition: Spearhead the recruitment process by identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture by resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances effectively and ethically.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and transparent evaluations, leading to employee growth.
Training and Development: Create and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks and maintain a healthy work environment.
Employee Engagement: Promote employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to boost morale and team cohesion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
