Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, conduct salary surveys, and administer benefits programs to attract and retain a high-performing workforce.
HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations.
HR Metrics: Analyze HR data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives, make data-driven decisions, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to build and maintain positive employee relations.
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
