We are currently seeking a motivated Resolution Expert to join our team. As a Resolution Expert, you will play a critical role in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with rotational shifts and offs.

Responsibilities
Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide effective resolutions to customer issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Undergraduates and graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
Self-motivated with a strong customer-centric mindset.
Availability to work 6 days a week, including rotational shifts and offs.

Must have a stable internet connection with the following system configuration:
Processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent.
RAM: 8GB.
Internet Speed: Minimum 25Mbps download and 25Mbps upload.
USB Headset.
Webcam.
Battery Backup (optional for laptop users but mandatory for desktop users).
