Job Overview

We invite you to become an integral member of our dynamic Information Systems team as an Epic Analyst specializing in Data Courier and Release Management. This remote position is pivotal in advancing our Epic Data Courier operations, focusing on the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our shared master file strategies. You will ensure effective planning, testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance, while also managing change control processes and essential Epic environment activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Data Courier activities, maintaining an in-depth understanding of Epic projects from a data structure perspective.
  • Oversee EGC records and Data Courier interfaces, while implementing changes based on technical recommendations.
  • Manage System Definition INIs and ensure synchronization across environments.
  • Support adherence to and improvement of Change Control processes for all Epic applications.
  • Train and assist analysts in Data Courier and Content Management best practices.
  • Create and oversee Content Management and Data Courier processes, including the mapping and maintenance of provisioning systems.
  • Coordinate and track Epic project build migrations and manage non-project build migrations to production.
  • Develop and refine process documentation and knowledge base articles relevant to Data Courier and environment releases.
  • Conduct monthly audits for production migrations.

Required Skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Data Courier and Content Management structures.
  • Experience with Epic build, implementation, and support mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with Epic Release Management and Integrated Testing processes.
  • Strong communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

  • Preferred knowledge of server systems and project management experience.
  • Familiarity with Eggplant Testing Automation Software Administration is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, clinical, or IT fields, with a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Certification in Epic Application or Data Courier Administration is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ServiceNow.
