Guggenheim Partners is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Work From Home Data Entry Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from various sources into our database system while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities…

  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Enter source document data into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and correct errorsthe in data entry process.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding data handling.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry processes.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or relfieldsfield preferred.
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and data entry systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
