About Us:

Function Factory Performance and its affiliates seek a dedicated Product Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires meticulous attention to detail when uploading and managing automotive products on our websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the daily stock of popular products across all websites.
  • Communicate with and train our overseas team members in Excel Spreadsheets and product entry processes.
  • Update existing listings with new photos, descriptions, pricing, and titles.
  • Stay proactive about new and upcoming products.
  • Develop more efficient methods for managing product data.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including terms like carbon fiber, turbochargers, and rear diffusers, is required.
  • Familiarity with performance vehicles such as Ford Mustang, Chevrolet Corvette, and Dodge products.
  • Basic understanding of WordPress/WooCommerce.
  • Knowledge of product pricing, SKUs, shipping dimensions, and attributes.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong grammar abilities.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new products and industry changes.
