Job Summary: 

As a Delta Airline Customer Service Representative working from home, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our valued passengers. You will handle inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues to ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with reservations, ticketing, flight information, and other inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Process changes to reservations, including rebooking and cancellations.
  • Provide support during irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.

Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, particularly in a call center or airline environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with airline reservations systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is a plus.
