  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company.
  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate parties.
  • Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
  • Prepare and distribute company communications, such as memos, emails, and newsletters.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed.
  • Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
