Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving customer issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in data entry or customer service roles. Experience in a remote working environment is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with data management software and CRM systems is desirable.

  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
