You will join as a member of the Internal Comms team to help develop and implement creative internal communications campaigns that inform and inspire UK Disney Cast Members, connecting them to the company’s values and priorities. The experience you will have:

  • An excellent writer and communicator, with a passion for creative storytelling and a strong editorial eye
  • Demonstrable enthusiasm and experience executing impactful internal comms campaigns across multiple channels
  • Pro-active, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep calm under pressure
  • Collaborative and able to work with a wide variety of internal stakeholders
  • Confident and highly self-motivated with the ability to manage events and campaigns end to end to tight deadlines
  • Curious about people and cultures, with the ability to communicate with a range of audiences
  • A familiarity with Microsoft OS, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint and Salesforce is beneficial to this role
  • While not essential, a background in the entertainment industry would be helpful
