Responsibilities
Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality in content moderation.
Review content and apply prescribed guidelines to provide appropriate resolution.
Recognize trends and patterns in content and raise any timely concerns.
Provide insights and suggestions to improve user support.
Maintain a thorough understanding of processes and policies.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Any Graduate degree.
Freshers are eligible to apply.
Fluent in the English language.
