Position: Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Wayfair vast product catalog to offer accurate and helpful information to customers.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
Required Skills:
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.
Multitasking: Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment and adapt to evolving processes and technologies.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software, CRMs, and communication tools.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Remote work experience is a plus.
