Job Description: ExxonMobil is currently looking for a HelpDesk Associate to provide exceptional technical support to our internal teams. As a HelpDesk Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and assisting employees with technical issues. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets promptly and efficiently.
Provide technical assistance to employees regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
Document and track support issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain accurate records.
Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures to enhance system reliability and security.
