Transaction Processing: Efficiently and accurately process financial transactions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Reconciliation: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data.
Data Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and workflows.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support various aspects of our business operations.
Required Skills:
Bachelor degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in a back-office role is a plus.
