Document Management: Maintain and update an organized system for the storage, retrieval, and management of company documents, records, and files.
Quality Control: Ensure that all documents are in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Version Control: Manage document versions and revisions, keeping track of changes and updates.
Access Control: Regulate access to sensitive and confidential information, ensuring data security.
Documentation Tracking: Monitor and report on the status of documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily available when needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, review, and categorize documents.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess document management processes and suggest enhancements for greater efficiency.
Training: Educate team members on proper document control procedures and best practices.
Required Skills:
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to maintain order and structure with a keen eye for detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaboration with team members.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Tech-savvy: Proficiency with document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of document control standards and industry compliance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in document management is a plus.
Proven experience in a document control role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
