Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist customers in navigating our services, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records and information in our database.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback and insights to help us continually improve our services.
Monitor customer interactions on various platforms, including email, phone, and chat.
